Visited this spot for the first time on Christmas Eve. We ordered two combos, each including a bowl of ramen, a mini side dish, and a selected beverage ($27.95) I chose the “Chashu Men.” The chicken broth had a relatively light flavor, which was pleasant, though the chicken breast lacked seasoning. The chashu, on the other hand, was flavorful and well-prepared. My partner tried the Yuzu Shio ramen, which was also less salty than what you’d typically find at other ramen places. For sides, we went with the spicy tori karaage and takoyaki. The karaage was delicious, especially with the spicy mayo sauce, which added a great kick. Overall, I’d recommend this place if you enjoy ramen with a lighter, less salty flavor profile.

Spacious dining room with seating comfortably spread out. Seating area allows to view open kitchen. Menu has multiple ramen choices as well as Donburi, dumplings and small plates. Tonkatsu ramen broth rich and spicy. Nice selection of sake. Service very expedient and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow, wow, WOW!! Delicious. They have such an awesome $27 deal, includes drink, side dish and a main. Definitely have to try this play. Order a Yuze Lemonade, so good!

Came in during an off-peak time and ordered the yuzu shio ramen and the yuzu-tsuyu (tsukemen). The vibe of the restaurant was really nice and spacious. The server was really kind and the staff were also very nice! Food wise, the shio ramen came with thin noodles and the tsukemen came with thick noodles. Both had the yuzu smell and taste which was great! The noodles were firm and were perfect for me. Ended up ordering a kaedama which was served really quickly too! The meat just melted in my mouth and the egg was packed with flavour too! The tsukemen was also really tasty. You can order the noodles hot or cold. I would recommend the noodles hot as the sauce isn't heated. Overall, great experience with great food :)

Came here after a kid’s birthday party at the condo next door. Enjoyed our visit! The Yuzu Tsuyu was tasty. Big place and nice atmosphere, although I do wish the dishes were a bit bigger!

Authentically Japanese, this is not a pretentious ramen shop. The food and service truly reminds me of the time I lived in Japan, there is high level of attention on the very fine details. Yuzu added into the broth is refreshing, and the tsukemen had a sophisticated mixed of flavours in it. Service is great, very attentive staff and friendly. But there is something missing that makes it spectacular, maybe it’s the vibe, maybe because I enjoy pork broth more, maybe just because of its location…

The store is amazing, well decorated, relax and lot of natural light but the food and service was disappointing. I ordered the Yuzu Shio, personally I don’t like the combination. The yuzu sour taste totally covered the chicken broth. As for the service, I was sitting on the long table, and the waiter was doing cleaning & spraying possibly cleaning liquid next to my ramen bowl. It was 4 pm (not busy hour) he could have wait for me to finish my ramen before doing his needed cleaning work. About the water bottle, the picture says it all
