The food was divinely prepared! The taste is transcended into higher realms. I loved this South Asian restaurant! I got to know that the name Adrak means ginger! Super tasty and waiters were super friendly and professional. Went there to celebrate a friend and his wife, we all had positive experience. Very classy and relaxing atmosphere in Yorkville area.

Tonight we dined at Adrak and were thoroughly impressed by the vibrant flavours and fresh ingredients in every dish.Our server jayesh was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu.The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion. We'll definitely be back to explore more of their delicious creations!

Adrak is a great place to start exploring Indian cuisine, even for someone like me who doesn’t have much experience with it. Our server was incredibly patient and attentive, offering detailed recommendations and explanations for every dish. We began with the Rani Kachori, which had an impressive presentation and made for a perfect appetizer, followed by the grilled shrimp. For mains, we chose the Lamb Shank with plain naan and the Thecha Paneer Tikka from the signature menu. Both were bursting with flavor, showcasing Indian spices. To finish, we had the cheesecake with ice cream, which was absolutely delicious and my favorite dish of the night. It was light for a cheesecake, making it an ideal dessert to end the meal.

The star of the meal was undoubtedly the bhatti lobster—perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Equally impressive was the rani kachori, which offered a delightful crunch paired with exquisite spices. The ambiance is incredibly inviting; the comfy seating on couches creates a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for a leisurely meal or a special occasion. One of the best Indian restaurants in downtown!! Service was great and food was delicious(chaat platter was amazing). Check the operating hours before visiting they open at 5 PM. Prices are bit high, make reservations on the weekends as the place gets filled quickly.

Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 Price - Expensive Ordered Rani Kachori, Mushroom Takatak, Thecha Paneer, Basmati Plain Rice, Dal Makhani, Tandoori Roti, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala and CocoChoco Rasmalai Cheesecake. The food was amazing in taste, it had all good spices, and the service was really quick after we ordered the food. The dessert was okay, you can skip that and the food is expensive in terms of quantity. The taste is good though. Overall, it's worth a visit.
