Second Time round, never disappoint with the fine and rare ingredients cooked to an art. I especially enjoy their excellent presentation with such detail to the presentation. Book a room for a more private setting worth it! Also recommend the sparking tea which is non alcoholic choice! Definitely return!

A great way to splurge. Every course was wonderful. The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch. The 8 course tasting menu is great but I would recommend the 12 course menu if it's feasible for you.

2nd time here and it did not disappoint. Every bite was an work of art, and it was not all looks but they all tasted great. (Less so for the makeral bite in the end) Portion is just ok, but I wasn't hungry or too full. Only suggestion is to have more diversity in the courses such a mini sukiyaki bowl or carb based so its more substantial. Service was excellent and deserves the Michelin star recognition. I highly recommend if price is not an issue for you as it's very expensive, as all Michelin resturants are.

I am lucky to have another chance to dine here again and it was as excellent as my previous experience. Every bite is delightful and visually stunning. I recommend it for a very special occasion.

Omakase restaurant opened from Vancouver BC company. Very nice presentation! Generally quite delicious and dishes uses good ingredients. However, food temperature are all not hot enough! The aroma of the truffle used were not very good! One star Michelin for a few years! Need a lot of work to get another star, may be!

Everything was so beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Our server was super knowledgable and personable, we had such a great experience. We really loved the signature tuna rose dish. I still think about the dessert today: a white sesame ice cream with chesnut shavings on top. Amazing. This place is pricey but worth a splurge for a special occassion!

High quality service, great kaiseki experience. There's some French influence to their kaiseki but still traditional Japanese kaiseki dinner. On the higher end for tasting menu, you get exceptional service to go along with it. The staff are all very knowledgeable and sitting at the counter you get to see the kitchen staff do their craft. Worth noting that tea is on the expensive side, starting at $40, but the pot and cup will never be empty. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Before I get into it. The service and presentation were phenomenal. We had a great experience. The huge pole dividing the bar however was a bit monolithic and didn't really help open up the basement. Every course was fabulous with the exception of the beef course which I found not to be at all indicative of any of the qualities of A5 Wagyu, which was showcased by the presentation. I've had A5 off a skillet and it didn't taste anything like that.
