I went to to the Abbot with a group of 7 people. Every person at our table ordered something different, and every person was blown away with the quality of their dish. I didn’t read the reviews before going, and I was expecting standard pub fare. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was such high quality.

Outstanding pub on Yonge St, between York Mills and Lawrence. The food is excellent, very nicely presented. Service is friendly and efficient all in a lovely old building which makes for very comfortable atmosphere.

Fish and chips were on point! The burger and chips looked fantastic and were said to be very good as well. Service was excellent, prompt and friendly. Food was prepared quickly, even though nearly every seat was full. Would def recommend and will def go back when in town.

Very busy restaurant but the food is fabulous. The server was extremely friendly. The pork and chocken schnitzel were a bit well done but we loved the sticky toffee pudding.

The food and service was good overall. We found the nachos were quite small and definitely way overpriced for them. Enjoyed the burgers and the chicken sandwich.

What a delightful place. Ambience is good, service is print and food is amazing. Overall very pleasant experience. We were courteously greeted and seated. Ordered artichoke and kale dip along with Cheese Fondue. Both came with nicely toasted breads and our taste buds loved it. The lady at the restaurant kept checking on us. The place was crowded but service was taken care efficiently. Had veg burger which was presented very well. Taste was fine which I believe we didn't enjoy a lot because we were already full. Had a wonderful time. Must go there. Will visit again.
