Who would've thought a former McDonald's would transform into such a cozy and inviting pub? Abby Road is a delightful surprise, offering a unique blend of history and modern charm. The service is friendly and efficient, and the beer selection is great, catering to a wide range of tastes. The British fare is delicious, with hearty portions that will satisfy any appetite, such as burgers, butter chicken and wings. The atmosphere is particularly lively on weekends, making it a good spot to unwind with old friends over good food and drinks. While the location may be a bit tricky to find, it's part of the pub's hidden gem appeal. *edit: I originally mentioned they have great butter chicken but I Typed battered fish. Got to read before I post.

Haven’t had the opportunity to go inside yet. The patio is cute and secluded, you’ll hear some traffic from the road. Had the lobster spin dip and it was 10/10. Parking was easy to find. Prices are reasonable. I look forward to trying their dinners and dining inside in the future.

Great pub! Very friendly staff and the regulars as well. Had wings the first night. Fantastic! More than enough for a single order. Saw the fish one the first night, so I had it on the second. Should've had it on the first! Large, cooked properly with a mountain of fries. Served by Carley. What a worker! Had the place to herself and made it look easy. Will go back and back again.

The place has fantastic home made burgers with generous portions. The food comes out warm and the service is absolutely incredible. Our waitress Kat was so nice and a true professional with a kind of attentivess not seen in this day and age anymore. Had a fabulous time and will recommend this establishment to anyone without any hesitation whatsoever. Joe Bruno

Really good steak and ale pie! Would come back for that alone! My friend had the chicken pot pie and she loved it also! Seems like a place that has a lot of regulars, so we did feel little out of place, but no big deal. Service was good, no complaints.

Went to this establishment for a girl's night out with two friends and it ended up being a decent night. It was also an amateur show night which was the best part. I was in good spirits and started off my night with a water however little did I know that would be the start of the many things to go wrong that night. I asked the server for a straw and when she came back with the straw she literally threw it on the table and walked off. Me and my friends were a bit shocked 😲 However I did not let that bother me too much and continued on with the night. The second mistake came with my order. I ordered wings and with the sauce on the side. When my order came it included the standard celery, carrots and ranch dipping sauce. However the wings were drenched in the sauce. I corrected the server and she took my plate to the kitchen to get what I had ordered. When my order came back it included the wings with the sauce on the side, but the standard Celery and carrots and dip was absent. I recognise that it was a busy night and the server seemed to be the only one serving on our side of the pub. However, the quality of my experience should not deteriorate because of the server's personal stresses or other business issues. I was nothing but nice and it's unfair that I had a poor experience through no fault of my own. The poor/lackluster and simply inadequate service is why I am rating it poorly. Do well to treat everyone with the respect and quality that they deserve.

What a great hidden gem this place is! I recently visited this pub with my friends, and we were genuinely impressed by the lively atmosphere and the variety of events they host. The highlight of our evening was the band and open mic night. Contrary to our expectation of a karaoke night, we were pleasantly surprised by the band's accommodating nature. They not only allowed us to participate in karaoke but also assisted in finding song lyrics and played along with their instruments. Their set was fantastic, featuring all the classics that added to the fun vibe. The open mic segment was another treat, showcasing local talent and creating an inviting atmosphere. It was a joy to be part of a welcoming crowd and to enjoy performances by various artists. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the service. Unfortunately, the waitress, an older lady with blonde hair, was not as attentive as we would have hoped. We found ourselves overlooked, needing to flag her down each time we wanted to order something. This was particularly noticeable during the early part of our visit when the pub wasn't very crowded. Our group literally watched her walk past our table avoiding eye contact with us, it was obvious she was avoiding us. While we understand that everyone can have an off day, consistent attention to all customers is essential for a complete and enjoyable pub experience. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as everything else about the pub was delightful. Overall, despite the service hiccup, this pub is a fantastic spot for a fun night out, especially if you're looking to enjoy local music and talent. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again, hopefully with an improved service experience next time.

Great patio and live music by Natasha Meister. We ended up having to move inside the pub cause of the thunderstorm but it only elevated the experience. The food was amazing and I recommend the dusted dry cajun wings with honey garlic on the side. the bartender was very accommodating, although it was strange that he was the only one working on a Saturday night, he still did his best to attend to everyone.
