Wow this place was far better than I had expected it to be! The food here was awesome along with the kind and caring staff. Need I say the service was impeccable, the food came out fast, fresh, and delicious! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Wanted to leave a review specifically to compliment the gentleman behind the counter - unfortunately didn't catch his name - who was outstandingly friendly and attentive despite being fairly busy (visited evening of 10/19/24). Food was typical A&W quality, which is to say above-average burger/fast food fare with some really nice touches (the frosty mugs are legit). As a very occasional fast-food customer, A&W stands out. Hopefully they maintain their quality formula as a chain overall. Having staff who make it a pleasant service experience doesn't go unnoticed.

Went through the drive thru the other day. Starting off with a lack of care when taking the order telling the customer you’re out of an item but you just don’t want to make it. Then getting served a bag of old gross onion rings. I thought it stopped there but when I went to take a bite of my burger I noticed the MOLD on my bun. When I went in and asked ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY OR CARE. Not to mention the restaurant was dirty. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great frosted mugs for fountain drinks when you dine in - no ice necessary! We love A&W burgers but the kids always go for chicken fingers. Their crispy chicken sandwiches are good too.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! There aren’t many option to choose from when passing through the area but please avoid at all costs. My whole order was dripping grease, breakfast sandwiches was clearly stale and reheated and the BAG WAS DISGUSTINGLY OILY. For almost $20 such small order, I would think they would maintain their quality and standards. I will never be eating here again.
