Had a great time at A&W! Sonakshi was super kind and helpful, making sure everything was just right. I love that their burgers are grass-fed—they’re so fresh and tasty—and the portions are really generous. Great food and awesome service, I’ll definitely be back!

Today i visited A&W highway 7 . I highly recommend this business because the product quality is outstanding as well as impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Rupinder took my order. She was very nice. she gave me a-lot of suggestions regarding burgers and served me food very nicely.

A typical American fast food restaurant, decent burgers and fries. You can ask for the glass mug for your drink, these mugs are kept in a freezer so it makes your drink even more enjoyable. The washrooms were reasonably clean. There are few parking spots and it's a very small plaza at the corner of Keel / Hwy 7.

The root beer I got tasted like cleaning water, obviously something was wrong with the machine because it didn’t taste like root beer at all. When I realized it was bad I went into the closest location to ask for a replacement and explained the situation, they refused to exchange it and said to go back to the other location where I got it (this one)! I am not driving all the way back and wasting time and gas for a 2$ soft drink. Given that places like McDonald’s (which are much cheaper than a&w) will gladly replace something not made right at another location - especially a soft drink, which other chains offer free refills on anyways - I don’t understand why A&W can’t do it, because it is their mistake as a chain, plus they probably gave me something hazardous as it did taste like cleaning water. Given the higher prices at A&w we expect better quality and service than McDonald’s, but unfortunately that isn’t there. Will definitely not be wasting my money at A&W anymore, there are much better options out there that don’t put your health at risk.

I had an amazing experience at the A&W restaurant, thanks to the warm, efficient, and friendly service from Sonakshi! From the moment I stepped in, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. She helped me navigate the menu and recommended the perfect combo meal that hit the spot. Manager was at sight she was very nice while taking the order and with her employees as well. The food was fresh and warm. Service time was excellent. Those guys know how to do a proper customer service.❤️

Almost every day I come here at 6:30 am. The store hours say that they open at 6….. every morning when I come all the doors are locked and I have to knock on windows to get let in…. And once they come to open the door at around 7am they give me the biggest attitude. I really think everyone should take their business to McDonald’s or else where because a&w standards are clearly VERY low.
