I had the unfortunate torture of dealing with this store tonight. I ordered a Teen Burger combo with a side of onion rings as an upgrade. When I came home and looked at the state of the soggy inedible onion rings and a long black hair wrapped around my sons burger.. I was very upset to say the least. I drove back to this location in hopes to have my order replaced. Once I returned and emptied the disgusting contents of the bag for the staff and cameras to see, I was verbally attacked by a staff member who identified herself as Poooja or Pojaa. It was so shameful because she appeared to be drunk and I actually had a patron come to my defence and attempt to calm the women down with little success. Please hire better and do better is all I can say for this organization. I’m the end I was extorted my refund and left avoiding further conflict with a mob of international students….

Place a mobile order when you’re in a rush. Gotta have some faith in the restaurant. How on earth do you make a teen burger without a burger patty? Don’t have time to go back for a replacement nor do I have time to get something else for lunch. The frustration is real.

The food is delicious and i love to come here again and again but the only thing that needs to be changed is serving. I order 2 burgers and in packets I didn’t get any ketchup and tissues . It happens with me 2 times all other A&W they provide all these things. Thats only i want to say is need improvement. Thanks

We like A&W. It's a reliable establishment, usually. I eat it quite often. Whether it's Bramalea City Centre or this gas station one, we always enjoy it. The service here, however, was quite good as well. Food was great, per usual. A&W for the win. I give the atmosphere a 3 though considering it's in a gas station and the old man hacking a few tables down was a bit unsettling.

I had a fantastic experience at A&W! The service was outstanding, with staff who were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless, making the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Service at this location is terrible. 3 girls that just chatting at the back and laughing loudly. Had to wait to order and called them multiple times to come. Order is wrong everytime, they ignore preferences

Burnt Onion Rings & Flat Rootbeer So Ive been coming to this location for awhile now and unfortunately the quality and service has gone down for the last 6 months . I placed my order yesterday and received burnt onion rings (which should have been thrown out) & flat rootbeer (makes me sad cause thats a major part of their brand the rootbeer) . I definitely wont be going back and now have to find a new location further out cause I still like A&W just not bad service
