Lady working today November 27th at 11:49 AM, could use customer service training. Does not understand how to communicate at the drive thru. She is rushing service with no customers behind me in line, not sure what she’s doing but you lost a customer today.

Worst drive through experience ever! While I was in the drivethru I tried to change my drink, and she says, “well I'm already making it.” I changed my drinking within 2 seconds.. how are you already making it? She probably didn’t know how to change it, last I checked the customer is always right and if I’m paying why would I pay for something I don’t want. Girl was beyond stupid so I drive off afraid she was going to spit in my drink! Now she can toss it in the garbage. :)

The spices were perfect, and the veggies were fresh and delicious. I’m so happy to find such a tasty vegetarian option! 🌱💚 Big shoutout to **Pukhraj** and **Sukhdeep** for their exceptional service! 🙌 They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I am the regular person here and The staff at this A&W is friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that orders are taken and delivered promptly especially night staff pukraj and other girl. They create a warm environment, making sure customers feel appreciated. Whether dining in or taking out, the staff's professionalism and positive attitude enhance the overall experience.

Employees do not wear gloves when preparing the food while they also serve customers on the cash. Fountain drink machine does not dispense ice, customer self-serve area is not clean, surface is very sticky from spilled soda and a there are a lot of flies.
