Ordered through uber eats today food was stale alright my problem… the fries and chicken was sooo bad because of bad oil they NEED TO FILTER AND USE FRESH OIL PLEASE.. my taste my mood my stomach has been so upset with the bad quality oil used

I asked to use the washroom after placing my breakfast order. The key pad to use the bathroom.is so dark I need to use my cell phone flash light to see it. They need to install new key pad with easy to read numbers.

@ 9:50pm today on Friday October 11, I had placed my order and as the female cashier (don't know her name) had taken the customer behind me order and while she was making the gentlemen tae, she had cut behind her thumb, I had seen blood on it, she didn't bother at first to clean off some of the blood, neither to get a band aid and cover that hand with a glove like your suppose to when you work in the food industry as I have in the past and that had been always the case to clean up, put a band aid and a glove on the that hand. She eventually did after dealing with customers orders and handing them their food. Not acceptable

To be honest , I visited this A&W restaurant first time and it was so clean ever I seen . Everything was on spot , staff members were very nice and cooperative even they also recommended me some food items when I was confused about menu . My last words are that if anyone want to try good food or prefer clean area you should definitely go there. Thank you

I came here last month when I visited Toronto. The staffs were quite helpful and friendly. The place is also well maintained and clean. The food was made fresh and it tasted good. The price was quite reasonable too.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🙌🏻 had such a lovely, wonderful experience with my husband at this location this afternoon! Excellent customer service, fresh tasty food, clealiness and spaciousness of the location led me to leave this review. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent, friendly customer service AJ (who I got to know later that he was the owner) showed. (He knew the names of the customers! This made both of us smile!) The food was so good. We ordered two Teen burgers combos. fries were hot and crispy and golden! ingredients in the burgers were so fresh! we loved having Coke in the frosty mugs and really enjoyed their freshly brewed coffee as well. Overall, I would 200% go back to this A&W location every time I crave burger/fries and maybe every time I drop by Costco. I am so glad I found this location and have been served by a very friendly and professional owner, AJ. Thank you so much :)!!!!

Been ordering on uber eats from this place for months since they opened at this location! Literally right up the street from me, absolutely love the service and environment. The best A&W i have ever been to in all of Canada! Most cleanest and committed to customer service I have witnessed. Went in for the first time few minutes ago to grab my food in person because I always get amazing service when i do uber eats, every time. So I had to go in and visit. You will not be disappointed at all for any reason if you have the pleasure to live near or have just visited once this location!! Best thing to happen to this neighbourhood.
