I had an excellent experience while getting my burger from this place. The manager was really helpful and she even offered me fast service. I have been to many A&W stores, but this one was really exceptional.

This location is one of those places, which would deny you the washroom, when you’re a paying customer, saying its out of order, for no reason. There’s no sign anywhere saying that on the washroom door. The dining room was fully open, with people dining. I don’t know whats with these places in Toronto, like they’re hiding gold or something in their washrooms, with all these stupid lock and key systems for their washrooms. When I’m a paying customer, I should be able to use the washroom, it was clearly not out of order, it was just the staff doing as they pleased to avoid any extra work.

They gave me no cheese on my burger when I asked for extra cheese and the onion rings the onions were hard as a rock and oil and the sprite was all foam. The good was terrible and I payed 18 dollars for oil onions rings burger with no cheese and sprite was all foam.

Conveniently situated near Greenwood Station, by Greenwood Avenue and Danforth Avenue, this A&W offers easy accessibility for customers looking for a quick snack. The outside of the restaurant looked fine; however, the inside cleanliness could use more improvement. Food is consistent with other A&W chains but nothing spectacular on service. Hash browns, breakfast sandwiches and a few other products tasted good and were hot. Service was a tad slow on a weekend. They have a motion bell at the entrance to notify when customers come in. The tables and seats were not tidied. Some tables had a sticky residue and trash scattered around the dining area from previous customers. Additionally, washroom access requires a pin code from the staff. Recommended to order your food to go and enjoy your meal elsewhere instead.
