Not sure about other locations, but this one doesn’t cook their veggie burgers separately from meat products, which is both disappointing and confusing. If a product is marketed as vegetarian, it should meet the basic expectations of being prepared in a way that aligns with dietary restrictions. Using the same fryer or grill as meat completely defeats the purpose. It’s frustrating for vegetarians and those with dietary preferences or restrictions to see such a lack of consideration. That said, I can’t fault the staff—they are consistently friendly, polite, and professional every time I visit to grab coffee. This A&W is also always clean and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. However, for a brand that prides itself on quality and sustainability, it’s surprising they don’t take the extra step to ensure their “vegetarian offerings” are truly vegetarian.

Comparing to the one I usually go, this one has plenty of room for improvement, the core food- burger patty is not freshly cooked, kind of dry. Fries appear to have been reheated or been under the warmer for quite sometimes. Young gentleman at the cash is courteous and helpful, comes out to clean the public area when not busy. All in all, acceptable for a quick bite, but not an A & W standard in my personal opinion.

First time come to this location. I came 4:30pm.September 18. Even busy at store, she gives everything nice service!! Good employee makes the store feels different!! She is great!!

Some fries in my order were overcooked to a point where you can see brownish to black marks on the ends, even on the inside. The place is also dark around most of the seating area with no lights on. Disappointed

Went there for breakfast. This has enough parking but not too much in front of the Restaurant. The entrance faces the main road so one has to go around the parking lot. It was not too busy at the time .It seemed clean enough. App had raspberry turnover which was not available. I ordered the sausage egger in a bun which is always so tasty and soft along with Crispy Hashbrown .The coffee tasted fresh as well. I was happy with the Service of the staff . This also has a hand washing station outside the washroom which is great .

I visited this A&W outlet for an evening snacking and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of their food and drinks. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and they had some popular options like the Mama Burger, the Beyond Meat Burger, and the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the onion rings were delicious. The best part of the meal was the drinks. I loved the frosty cups that kept the root beer cold and refreshing. The root beer was made with cane sugar, which gave it a natural sweetness and a smooth taste. I also tried the A&W brew bar, which had a range of hot and cold beverages to choose from. I ordered the chai latte, which was creamy and spicy, and the strawberry banana smoothie, which was thick and fruity. The service was friendly and fast, and the outlet was clean and spacious. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating was because the washroom and premises were a bit dirty for a dine in space. But overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend this A&W outlet to anyone looking for a satisfying and refreshing meal.
