This location has so much dirt on the tables that they’re covered by a dark sticky layer. I don’t know if they’ve ever been cleaned. They also try to upsell you without you knowing… when you order a combo, they ask what size drink you want. If you get a larger size they will charge you extra without telling you. Finally, they don’t serve decaf coffee. This isn’t nice for people who want a warm drink but can’t drink regular coffee.

The food, service and atmosphere were all good but, the staff insisted us to leave within an hour of total time spent in their premises even though we got their food and the entire place was almost empty

Lady at the cash on Sunday at 11:30 am was a poor communicator and ultimately rude. All of our food except one item was given to us, & when I went up to ask about its status, I was given a dirty look. When I had to go to the cash a second time to ask for my correct beverage (we were given an incorrect one), I was given another dirty look, with no acknowledgement of the mistake.

Staff here were rude to every customer which I wasn’t fond of. Glad it wasn’t personal. The open view of the kitchen allowed me to watch my food get made. No gloves were worn by any staff using computers, opening cupboards, handling trays and money and then placing tomato’s and lettuce onto my burger. After watching this I just threw my food out, wasn’t worth even mentioning it to the staff who were already showing disregard to other patrons. Yuck be safe and watch your meal if ordering here!

My experience at this location was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a Beyond Meat Burger as I have dietary restrictions and cannot consume meat due my personal and religious reasons. However, I was shocked to find that somehow my burger had bacon in it. I couldn’t believe it, and contacted the restaurant right away. I heard back from the owner or manager the next day and after confirming their surveillance they said the chef added it in error. They made no real attempt to make up for this grave mistake. I would avoid this location at all costs or at the very least double check your order each time to make sure no “error” is made before eating it.

Bit expensive but pan cakes taste is good though maple syrup was not available at 10am also. Tried Spicy Piri Piri Potato buddy and the taste was yum.

In short, EXCELLENT. Clean, bright, welcoming and the food was VERY tasty. Came here with my wife for a quick bite to eat and we were both shocked at the level of service we received. There was a very friendly young lady at the counter who helped us figure out what we wanted, and was very patient with us when we weren't sure and still deciding. After ordering a wrap, onion rings, burger and a poutine, we sat down. Not long after, massive frozen mugs of delicious root beer were placed on the counter for us, so I got up to collect them. These mugs are awesome! Nice and frosty, and a pretty sizable serving too which is great. The staff remained very cheerful and pleasant throughout our stay. Shortly after that, a couple of trays of food were presented at the counter, so my wife and I got up to go get them. It's a fast food place, so we weren't expecting table service, and that's okay. My burger was nice and hot, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh tasting. It was so hot in fact that I could feel the heat emanating through the bun. I know this sounds kinda funny, but honestly it's so nice to see food cooked to temperature. This is important for food safety, and I'd rather wait for a hot burger than get one quickly thrown together and put on a warmer. I also had a poutine which was delicious! The fries were fresh, and gravy tantalizingly delicious, and the cheese curds were actually melty and soft, not hard and recently frozen like on some other poutines I've had. The onion rings were MASSIVE! They were lightly breaded and really well seasoned, and tasted fantastic. Finally my wife's wrap was good, but she described the meat as a bit dry. Overall she seemed to enjoy it though. We both agreed that the root beer was awesome and we loved the presentation as well as how incredibly nice, friendly and accommodating the staff were. After our meal, I was pleased to see easy to access receptacles for trash, root beer mugs and trays. Things were nicely organized and that's great to see. I went to the washroom to wash my hands after the meal. WOW. These washrooms are spotless. If you know anything about restaurants, if the washrooms are clean, the kitchen is most definitely clean as well. You can tell the staff here really take care of their space and respect their customers by keeping the place VERY tidy and clean. Overall, it's wild that this place is a fast food place. I could easily be fooled into thinking this was a full service restaurant. The food, atmosphere, amenities, cleanliness, it's all there. And the staff are awesome. Whoever manages this place needs a pat on the back, because it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. This is hands down a VERY easy recommendation to anyone who enjoys this type of food.

Whenever we had time with my husband and father-in-law, we always choose to have our breakfast here and have some quality time, long talk and reminiscing the good old days. Their ingredients are all organic, and that’s what I like the most. 👌🏻Friendly Staff 👌🏻Fast Service 👌🏻Delicious Food In short, good quality of service at its best! 😉 💕
