I ordered 2 peri peri burgers, onion rings and poutine by doordash. It took more than 30 mins for preparation of my order nd they call doordasher early 10-15 mins. Also, they used old oil and onion rings were sooo oily, even poutine was not good.

Fantastic. I don’t usually give 5-star reviews but I love how well kept the restaurant is and the feeling is a step above “fast food”. It almost feels like an insult to call this place a fast food restaurant. Bravo

I went to this location with my fifteen relatives today and had an outstanding experience. Cashier was extremely kind and helpful with my many coupons. Kitchen staff prepared out large orders quickly, and the quality was incredible. I have never been to this location before, but those ladies were superstars.

Recently visited AW to try their new veggie masala burger and their cold brew bar. The masala veggie burger is great! It’s got cottage cheese/paneer and has a spicy potato filling. It’s dressed with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and peri peri sauce all in a toasted sesame seed bun. It’s spicy, tangy, something different and feels gourmet compared to the regular fast food options available. Their cafe drinks on the other hand are terrible! The frozen cold brew with caramel is extremely bitter and doesn’t taste like anything. Very watered down by all the ice and has no taste. Definitely recommend the veggie masala burger but do not recommend the cold brew drinks.

I had a great experience at A&W thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, especially" cap guy". They demonstrated excellent hygiene practices, ensuring that every food item was handled with care and attention to cleanliness. The food was delicious, and I left the restaurant thoroughly satisfied. Keep up the great work

I'm not one to complain, but my recent experience at the 655 Markham Road location has compelled me to voice my dissatisfaction. The issue may seem minor, but the way it was managed left a lasting negative impression on me. During my visit, I presented a $2 off coupon from a 12-can box of A&W root beer. The coupon explicitly stated that it was valid at any location in Canada. However, an employee informed me that the Manager would not honor this coupon at this particular location. The absence of an apology or reasonable explanation made the situation even more frustrating. They even said that it would scan. Seems like the manager is telling their employees to refuse these coupons. Furthermore, when we attempted to use a coupon from the A&W app, the staff again declined to honor it, instructing us to order online instead. It felt like an unnecessary hassle and raised concerns about this location actively discouraging the use of corporate discounts. I'm fairly certain that refusing to accept a corporate-issued coupon goes against company policy, making this all the more disappointing. This experience isn't about the $2; it's about the principle and the unwelcoming manner in which the issue was dealt with. I hope this feedback results in better customer service and adherence to corporate policies moving forward. As it stands, I'm reluctant to return to this location.

+1 star - Super Nice and friendly staff +1 star - Clean and hygienic environment +1 star - Perfectly build burger with just right sauces and toppings -1 star - Soggy and crust less / un coated onion rings -1 star - Despite paying extra for sauces (spicy chipotle ) these guys won’t even fill it up as required. I always visit the drive through and the staff are friendly and fast. Food is perfect and they always get it right! 👍👍Excellent service when you eat in too! Fast and efficient.
