perfect service from Alana. Early morning. I went there with a Bad mood. Too many things. Deadline approach. Pressure. Ordered a single sandwich. Store staff must sense it from my tone. Later when food is ready. Surprisingly. A ice chilled glass mug of water bring to me without me even ordering. With her smile and gentle voice. I feel so much better now. Life is all about little things and kind heart isn't it?

prob one of the better A&W. whoever worked 04/22/24 just after 6pm 👏🏾. The Onion rings were prob the best at any other location and the burger was made with care too. A lot of the other locations can learn from you all if you keep your standards up, it's fast food but still, you all are actually operating like you care. Edit. I have to update this for the inconsistency. The floors were so damn dirty and sticky and washrooms were always a problem. At least least have a hand washing station if you aren't going to tend to the washroom. The food handling is questionable also (I didn't mind or allowed it to go overlooked when it seemed that they cared or took pride in what they did)

‘Spicy Dill Pickle Mama Burger’ and ‘Teen Burger’: the burger names are to differentiate the toppings options while the beef patties are the same. ‘Beyond Meat Burger’ has a smoky flavour and somewhat tastes better than the beef patty. While the beef patty has decent flavour, the ‘Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger’ solely gets the flavours from the toppings and sauce. The chicken burger itself is not crispy and rather bland. ‘Russet Thick Cut Fries’ and ‘Sweet Potato Fries’ are not crispy and need condiment to enhance the flavour. ‘Mocha’ has good taste and is not overwhelmingly sweet. ‘Strawberry Sweet Cream Shake’ has a weak strawberry flavour and is very sweet. ‘Mixed Berry Smoothie with Acai’ is tangy and refreshing.

The owner here is the kindest man. Always looking for any way to make your experience here as lovely and comfortable as possible. A homeless man came in and the owner was so welcoming to him and asked him if he needed some food and said “don’t worry, I’ll make you something.” So heartwarming. The food was good, and you’ll feel like family here. A very specific thank you to the owner, Sam. He was so wonderful.

Great burgers made with fresh, local ingredients and with care. This location is quaint and comfy, well lit and cozy. We had two mozzas, two fresh cut (big) russet potato fries with root beer and blueberry pies for dessert. The staff member was very friendly and brought our food to our table with a smile. Very affordable food as well. The pies were excellent - not a jelly or jam, but whole, tasty blueberries. I absolutely love A&W.

Out of all the fast food chains, this is one of my faves. Service is always great. They even bring your order to your table at some locations! Their vegan options from Beyond Meat are so good!
