When asked for burger if it was beef or pork I was told it was beef and I said good I don’t want pork. While eating the burger I realized a different taste and checked inside the burger and saw bacon and asked if it was pork and was told it was. When I told her why she gave me pork when I specifically asked for beef her clever response was that I asked for patty. No pork means in any kind of meat but I don’t know what her logic or lack of language skills were. I felt disgusted by what I was forced to eat when I asked not to. If you want to be manipulated into eating sth that you don’t have in your diet for personal reasons do not come to this branch especially if that girl is there.

Really poor service. Came here for the first time. My teen double burger had a shard of bone in it. I thought I broke my tooth. I had to throw the meal out. The coke zero tasted weird. We came here on Wednesday, November 20th, around 5 p.m. The cashier didn't care to be there. The two employees seemed upset that we came to buy food. I guess we were disturbing their social time. The food was poor quality. This was my first and last time coming here. Never again. 👋

Horrible hygiene when handling food. There were numerous times I've seen the staffs handle the garbage and cleaning and then handling and serving people's food without gloves and not washing their hands. Now i cant help but assume theyre cleaning the washroom and then handling the food🤮 it's disgusting and off putting. I used to love A&W food and their breakfast, but ever since they hired new staffs I've noticed they went downhill. There are many other small businesses in this area that serves quality food with better service and proper food hygiene. I rather support small business now and I will pay more to support them. I'm seeing all the other reviews and I can confirm they're not wrong. The staffs and the manager should be embarrassed. Do better 👎🏻

I am a fan of A&W But this morning at this st Clair location.at 8 30 I went in to order two breakfast, meals, eggs and sausage. I noticed they only had 1 person working. The cashier was all by herself. I feel head office needs to look into this. She was making the food in the Back. It took over 25 minutes. Not sure if this is normal practice at A&W locations, but I think it was disgusting only 1 person working. Not sure What was going on there? But the meal was not great, very greasy and. The eggs and sausage We're covered in Greece very disappointed. Would like if head office would look into this matter...............

I had time to eat in and picked A&W wanting a real breakfast experience. I got bacon and eggs served on a paper plate and wooden cutlery. I thought they used real cutlery and plates??? Not going here for breakfast again I guess. What a let down. All these establishments removing all the things that they are known for and customers enjoy.

Being busy is no excuse to not cook the chicken all the way. Used to be good and I ate here several times a week, but today is the last time. Order was messed up, they fixed it but didn't apologize, I get home and the chicken is raw inside. Not the first time Ive had issues, previous had moldy buns. Poorly managed, clear they are pushing for speed over quality, no doubt because the speed is the metric management is measuring.

I regularly visit this location as it's a stop on my way back from work. Staff are friendly and it's a clean location, especially compared to their competitors along the street This A&W in Toronto has great tasting Onion Rings but also gives you MORE than any other location. The supervisor Jass is great and tries her best to make sure every customer gets a good amount. Beats POPEYES next door and throughly demolishes Harvey's down the street. I'm never unsatisfied when visiting this location.
