Please quality check your food before serving to customer. My 7yrs old daughter almost ate a burger with mold.

This literally just happened so speaking on the girl who was working Dec 16th, 12:20pm. Okay. This girl is awesome. Small (i think fillipino woman) manning the counter. Starts off greeting everyone from the door. Really makes you feel welcomed. Has great customer service skills when you get to the counter and a very friendly presence. But that's not the best part, her customer service skills.. UNMATCHED. The cook forgot to add the gravy into the bag, so I left, and as I'm walking to my car she runs out (a busy lunch rush) shouting me down, to hand me the gravy. I've never had someone that passionate for that level of customer service. Most people would just forget it, or be embarrassed to run someone down. I really hope she's looked at by management (if she's not) and gets a raise or something. An employee like that is HARD TO COME BY. Wishing her the best.

My order is perfectly cooked and made . The service by the lady at front is commendable ,and excellent,very neat and cozy place though it seems too busy these people maintain the service time. Good experience 👍

Nicole has been the only customer service rep who has everything together. Quick service, and does the job of everybody. I know when she’s not here nothing is right. I was here Friday and it seemed nothing was cooked through and of course Nicole wasn’t here.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for a burger and fries. The service is very slow here and on top of that my order was messed. Came in around midnight on December 3rd. I asked for beyond meat burger add cheese and mushrooms. The girl gave me a whole another mushroom something burger instead. She asked me to come back the next day for refund which is out of my way and very inconvenient. Also the switch Potato fries did not taste as the other locations.
