I usually love A&W but at this location, they aren’t doing so well. I went to order a chubby burger and I chose the buddy size (smaller) and the girl working told me there’s no lettuce so I asked to add lettuce. She told me it was 60 cents extra and I said fine. I then also ordered the piripiri chicken burger for my sister. When we took out order to the car and drove home to open it, her burger tasted like their masala burger, pretty sure they made the wrong one and my buddy chicken burger had no lettuce!! I paid 60 cents for a thin piece of lettuce to be added to this sad burger and they didn’t even put it in. Not to mention there’s 3 TINY pickle slices and barely any mayo. So disappointing, especially because I paid for lettuce and it was on the order but they still managed to forget it and mess up my sisters burger. It wasn’t even a busy time..

I love this company. You can really feel how fresh everything is, especially now that they offer burgers wrapped in lettuce, which is the best option for those on a gluten-free diet. The staff at this location is always very friendly, even when it's crowded or early in the morning. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning!

I am so disgusted and sick to my stomach. I ordered from Uber eats and I got served BURNT onion rings. This is unacceptable serving customers burnt food. This is a health and safety concern and violation. It seems like you did not change the oil because onion rings should not look like that. No matter what you fry in the oil, it will taste burnt. Because of it, I ended up getting sick and threw up my food. I have reported the issue because this is unacceptable especially at an established fast food chain.

I was one of their best customers, ording off uber like two to three times a week also swing by the location for picks. I got frustrated with them not reading the orders properly and making the food however the and send to you anyways your home can't really do nothing about! They currently owe me two all Canadian breakfasts! From the last time I ordered because I ordered my eggs over easy and I even ordered an extra egg. And they were made and sent to me all over hard! I also order a side of bacon with both my order which i also never received, if you ask me? Very! Unprofessional! and ridiculous! because as a breakfast place you should at least be able to make what you specialize to the customers likely and standards.

We had our lunch at this place during our holidays from Australia. Much impressed with the menu, service and price. They use organic/conventionally grown meats in their burgers. Also, they have got really nice almond croissants. Store opens 24 hrs. Will recommend this place with no doubt.
