I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The customer service was shockingly bad, with rude and inattentive staff. The food was equally disappointing, lacking flavor and quality. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Amneet was exceptional in serving me my first chocolate shake at A&W. From the moment I approached the counter, they greeted me with a warm smile, instantly making me feel welcomed. Their attention to detail was evident as they carefully blended the shake to perfection, ensuring it was thick and creamy, just the way I like it. When Amneet handed me the cup, they made sure it was just the right temperature and even gave me a straw with a friendly nod. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and made my first chocolate shake unforgettable.

The location inside the Pen Centre. Friendly service and fast kitchen. Food is fresh, hot and ready to eat once you get it. Clean counter and well designed kiosk. Free Mall WiFi. No credit card surcharge. Discounts available on certain days. This store participates in most coupons distrusted.

horrible staff. I am clearly a student, and showed ID But she wouldn’t acknowledge the 15% off that clearly is stated for students. Ordered breakfast at 10:34 and wanted the all Canadian with no drink. She said it comes with a drink but I said I didn’t want the drink and didn’t want to pay extra. So she said there’s no option without the drink, but it states on menu differently. I waited probably 25 minutes. And the last was SO MEAN to the people ordering, even calling people “not the sharpest tool in the shed”. After 20 minutes I don’t get any compensation for the wait, and not even a sorry. Toast was burnt. Will not come back and don’t come here!! Outside A&W is so much better!!!
