This location (outside the mall) has consistently provided me with prompt courteous service. The staff are very well trained. I feel welcome and appreciated every time I visit.

Absolutely terrible service on the night shift. Every single time I'm there (would say around 2-3 times in the last month or two) I order a combo with a side of onion rings and every single time I get to the window the employee has rung in my order with fries, this causes excessive waits upwards of 10-15 minutes at times when there are only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me when I arrive. Employees need to pay attention to the orders they are taking to ensure customers receive what they order without and additional excessive waits at the window because the employee isn't paying attention and doesn't have the right order prepared.

Our experience for the second time was horrible. The staff had an attitude for no apparent reason and after waiting in a lineup, we received a two rubbery teen combo burgers With stale bread. I immediately called them and she didn’t seem to care about my complaint. She just kept offering to replace the meal Did not want to acknowledge that they are serving food to the public that is not fresh or kept at a safe temperature for consumption. Be warned!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the A&W on Glendale Avenue during a late-night visit. The midnight staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was accurate and served hot. Despite being busy, they went above and beyond by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The Teen Burger and onion rings were delicious, and the food was prepared perfectly. It’s clear the team takes pride in their service, making this location a reliable choice for a late-night meal. Highly recommend

Nice little cozy place to have some food. The attendants were very helpful and made some recommendations. They serve your order at the table. It looks super clean. The food was great. I believe they have one of the best poutines.

Here is the Grandpa Burger I ordered late last night, missing an entire patty. How hard is it to correctly make a burger from such a limited menu? Ridiculous.
