First time in Orangeville, had a gift card wanted to try it here. Didn’t really knew how to use it anyways. Staff helped with everything. Even food was amazing too. Staff was very patiently waiting for me to redeem the gift over at the counter, which i was suppose to do before coming in.

I recently visited A&W and had an excellent experience! The food was delicious, as always, with perfectly crispy fries, a juicy burger, and of course, the signature root beer that never disappoints. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Isha, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and quick service really made our visit special. I highly recommend this location for both great food and outstanding service!

When we ordered they seemed to rush us and when I asked about a sauce on the sandwich she said I don’t know I’m a vegetarian, I asked if you know what’s inside or if anyone else does and she said no we don’t!! And that was it once we got to the window she didn’t even say the total I had to ask .. and once paid closed the window right away! And once she handed our food she didn’t say have a great day or anything just closed the window! Iv worked in customer service for many many years and that’s not how you act bad day or not ! Smile on your face goes a long way when serving food!

Haven't been here in 10 yrs. Burger was great, onion rings fresh and perfectly cooked. Prices were typical these days overall. Staff were efficient and very nice, smiles and professional, fast service, they were always cleaning, love my experience.Highly recommend!

My experience here wasn’t good, I got the spicy chicken burger and as I was eating it, mid way through the chicken was actually frozen. I was disgusted and mentioned it to the server. He offered to get me a meal on the house but I was just sketched out. My friends were still eating so we were waiting for them. The server comes back with a meal to go for me and apologized for the chefs error. Kudos to him for fixing the mistake and making it right. I was very sick from the original frozen burger.
