This has had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant, the staff were rude and talking bad about some other customers, I ordered 3 ice root beers and I waited nearly 5 minutes before I realized the guy didn’t even start them yet to ask what I got and the sizes (very poorly trained). I think must’ve waited a total of 15 minutes for 3 drinks they were only focusing on the drive through and no one in the store. I recommend no one ever come here if the service will stay like this.

What a horrible experience.... I felt like I'm in Mexico. Children meal made of 40% ketchup. The bun was old. My son is 4 years old so he don't mind but I was in shock. Don't know the taste because I'm not eating fast food but my son said it was tasty. Sorry.

Our family visited A&W for MS burger day where we were greeted and served by Justin. He went above and beyond to make our whole family feel welcome and important. He directly spoke to our kids as they ordered and was quick to help us when there was a spill. Our whole experience was great at this location by all staff who checked in and made sure all was ok. Thank you Justin for being a valuable and incredible part of the team! It didn't go unnoticed! More establishments need people like Justin! Michelle and Sal

Literally annoyed as hell. I ordered on Uber Eats two teen combos, both with no pickles, no mustard, no bacon, no tomato. Just lettuce, ketchup and mayo. Instead I received two burgers with mustard, pickles, bacon, tomato, and NOTHING I asked for. How do you mess up an order so astronomically?? Never getting A&W again! What a waste of money, and the patties and buns looked super old too. Literally the worst experience ever.

To eat burgers with my kids for dinner, I ordered 2 Spicy Habanero Chicken Combo and Chubby Chicken Combo. When I got home, my son's Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger had no tomatoes. So I opened my burger to check, and not only was there no tomato, but there was a little black bug in the lettuce.

Very pleasant and polite staff. We had a dine in experience today and ordered our food at the counter. The young woman with long dark hair who got our order was super polite and nice. She even brought our food in a tray to our table! Very courteous and pleasant in deed. Just added more positive experience to the hearty burgers we had for lunch.
