The food was excellent! I had the veggie burger and it was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. Employee named Navjot served it she was so attentive,polite with a warm smile and accommodating. Loved the environment and the way they treat their customers.

Came by in on a Thursday night and was met with a pleasant girl to take my order. I picked up 2 x $25 gift cards to get 2 free teen burgers to be used at a later date. Here's where it gets a wee bit wild... Took 3 people to figure out how to make the transaction of which one was a supervisor. They basic asked if I could pay for one card by cash and I was like no don't have cash on me ... cashless payment.. Took a good 15 mins and 3 heads to finish the set up so I could pay by card. I was OK but not oK with waiting... I finally got the 2 x $25 gift cards. BUT wait there is more... Had to ask how would I redeem the teen burgers? "Oh right the vouchers" me.. palm face.. with a smile. OK I can place my dinner order and the circus starts... My order was $59 so I wanted to use the 2 x $25 gift cards to pay and card the remaining $9. Straight forward should be easy.. HELL nah... First gift card goes through no issues... Second.. didn't take.. did that card have money on it yea! It was just added... Then finally after so tinkering with 3 heads again I was to pay $9. I tapped and said approved. They said it didn't.. Ahahaaaaaa!!! I know it did I saw the message so I took it one additional step and called my credit card. Confirm transaction went through. They checked and check.. meanwhile my order is still being made. The 3 A&W girls finally re start the POS and confirmed we good with the transaction. Food is now ready. I was about to walk out but I has to stop to check my order and THANK the God I did... Missing all my fries.. In conclusion, I blame management for improper training at best. The girls did what they could. Advice for anyone going to this location be prepared. Happy eating!

Don’t waste your time and gas at this location if you want use your offers as the mobile app does not pick up the location but will pick up the location if you are placing a regular priced order. Staff didn’t care and were not open to honor the offers on the phone app. Owners need to be more flexible as this is a new location needs all the regulars they can get in this area.

Jasmeen is amazing! She’s super helpful and always friendly. Great customer service! Crispy bacon and perfectly cooked eggs! morning perfection that I need. Best A&W and very good staff 👍👍

Excellent service , staff was really cooperative , well trained , special thanks goes to Gurjant and rest of two boys were also very nice . I enjoyed the A&W Beyond Burger. I would also recommend to my friends to visit here.
