Came here yesterday for breakfast. But had an issue with the order. Jasmine contacted me and invited me to come back for another meal. I really appreciated her quick response and solution. Everything was good and how I expected it to be.

Four employees were chatting. It's so hard to find a job now, but they still have this attitude. I ordered 20 minutes in advance and waited 10 minutes at the store... —————— This is really ridiculous. You have a camera to watch the whole process, right? Your customer didn't talk to me at all, but he stopped me? What I said loudly was: "My son is in the car by himself, please hurry up" and I raised my voice after I asked repeatedly but got no response. You can check the video recording again. The customer who picked up the food in front of me asked your staff three times if this was my coffee, but no one answered him! Whatever, I won't go there again, and I will also report it to your head office!!!

Great place, I go there almost every morning. The service is great, there has never been a mistake with my orders. The staff and manager great you with a smile, they are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location at Kennedy & Highway 7 to visit and purchase food. This is one of the best locations that I go to very frequently. Keep up the great job well done.

First I’d like to say the guy that always works night shift is the best, always has a smile on his face and serves me well (wish I could remember his name) but idk what happened this time with the fries. I was driving home and reaching in the bag eating a couple fries and I grabbed something cold.. and I didn’t order anything cold that would be in the bag just my drink in the cup holder. So I pull it out and it was a raw fry. Not frozen but not warm if cooked either. Anyways usually the food is good here but this time something went wrong, I was a little dissatisfied.

Conveniently located at a gas station, this A&W offers a Veggie Masala burger which I thought was interesting. Something new for customers who may not want to eat beef. I had the Mama Burger though and it had 2 patties and the works - cheese, tomato, mustard, dill pickle, etc It was cooked fresh and served hot, the size was good enough for me. They have a nice patio on the side, a good place to eat your sandwich while enjoying a light breeze.

I had a Teenburger. It was well made. Nice fresh ingredients. Patty wasn't too dry. Pretty good for fast food. The food was much better than the last A&W that I went to recently. Not much dine-in seating as it's in a gas station/service station. The atmosphere isn't great for dining.

Lukewarm food, unenjoyable, will think twice before returning Food: - Onion rings, chicken tenders and Teen Burger - All lukewarm, the 12 minute wait in the drive-thru from speaker to window likely had something to do with it - Onion rings were OK, not as good as they'd be if they were hot - Chicken tenders were rubbery - Teen Burger also lukewarm, limp lettuce Service: - I asked the attendant for ketchup - She looked at my directly when she confirmed there was ketchup in the bag - Arrived home minutes later, everything in the bag but NO ketchup, very annoying

I have no idea why people gave this place such a low rating. The food is made fresh and I absolutely fell in love with the behind meat burger. I am not even vegetarian but this burger tastes like real meat. The poutine is perfect. Cheese curds were warm enough to melt into strings but still good to chew! Their fries are perfect to be made into poutine. The staff are super nice. Ritik especially is polite and is helpful. Overall, they answered questions are tried their best to make my experience enjoyable. I love how clean it is in there. It's a small dining area but it's quite cozy, and in the summer, they blast the AC. The area is bright and tidy. Their washrooms are also very clean! Probably one of my fav public washrooms lol. I fully recommend their poutine and beyond meat burger! A&w fries are also the best fries. I love that they still have some potato skin on them!
