A&W Canada

Recently visited this place 4jan 2025, Tara at order counter was brilliant she made a suggestion for 4 combos to try all different sides. Never i heard or someone offered same. We will definitely stop here when ever we visit this side. Their dining area is so clean with toddler sinks and all.

Was told they won’t honor their own corporate coupons. When I explained to them their online ordering service was having issues I was greeted with sarcasm and pretty much told that’s not their problem. Wouldn’t even offer to resolve the issue or give me the time of day. I’m a truck driver so I’ve always made it a point to try and support both petro Canada by purchasing my fuel there and then buying dinner at A&w even though the environment is generally dirty and quality of food is not the best but After the rude service today I will never stop here again.

Not only does the food taste extremely salty, the overall taste is poor, and the food is expensive. When I questioned the staff about this, I was basically told it is what it is, too bad. I will not be eating at any A & W ever again.

I ordered my food, and the onion rings were fresh, Too mush Salty. . . Was there really that much salt? I definitely won’t be coming back. The onion rings weren’t fresh—they were made by three people but still seemed expired and then re-fried. So, what’s the point of hiring so many people if the food is still this unappetizing? And the issue came when the woman at the counter, without gloves, handled the food. She reached down from above, and her hands touched my onion rings. It honestly grossed me out. I didn’t feel like causing a scene, but it’s clear she hasn’t been properly trained for this role, especially one involving food handling. The hygiene standards were seriously lacking.😩😩😩 Is it the end of the world? Why so much salt on the onion rings? The food and the staff were just terrible. I had to spit out the fourth onion ring and throw it away. It was just awful.😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Ordered 2 teen burgers and 2 chicken wraps, uber driver was there for over 15 minutes then left, another uber drive was there for over 20 minutes, I called location to ask what's going on with my order, he told me they were just finishing it up (which was already crazy), I said ok, then another 15 minutes and the driver is still there waiting for the food and I'm calling with no answer.

Well located just off the 400 hwy on hwy 89 exit. Very clean washrooms, friendly service, and competitive gasoline prices. Much better than the service center on hwy 400 and only a few kilometers beyond it.

This is an edit I have since gone back to that A&W and had a very good experience and the food was much better than it was that one time that I felt it was less than zero quality. The places is clean and service isgreat.. Other food on menu is nasty all AW .

This was our the second time at this A&W. we had a great experience both times, as people who work there are very nice and the food is great!
