Shout out to This A&W location for going above and beyond for me, i was actually slightly upset when I didnāt get my original drink but the second I saw the note I thought it was one of the nicest things any fast food restaurant has ever done, so thank you!

Shockingly so nice. Stop by here sometimes for a burger and the staff has always been like, REALLY NICE. Not your typical brampton service. Food was great too... 10 out of 10!!! They even gave napkins AND A STRAW without having to ask for one ! I'm shook.

Customer service was good. but staff donāt know how to handle the food. they were making everything with there bare hands. even they were touching lettuce tomato everything with there bare hands. guys you are working in food industry and you donāt have common sense to handle the food ? seriously never going to visit this place again. i donāt know how they get there food license. if the donāt know how to handle the food.

I'm going to start this review with -1 star vs other restaurantsplaces, not good service It's all about expectations, people! I always eat a&w but they not know how to make they forget to putt sause and fries was loaded with salt . The girl (noor) is good in service she deserve 5 āļøbut rest staff behaviour is not good they dont know how talk to customer and Iām not goona come again !!
