We visited the restaurant day before yesterday. It was quite busy but we got seated very quickly. We were party of 8 and we ordered bunch of dishes to share. Food was really amazing, each dish has a unique flavour. Service was efficient as well. The owner who is the chef came to check upon us what a gem of a person he is. He made sure everything was up to date and provided with great hospitality. I would recommend this place over anything. Don’t miss on this, definitely coming back and bringing my friends.

Paneer was very soft and flavourful. The chef shared that it’s made in house. Jeera rice was ok- nothing extraordinary. Chicken tikka masala was mild but very flavourful. Daal makhani and chicken gravy with jeera rice and naan for the main course was delicious. Food portion was ample and perfect taste- no over the top extra garam masala or food dye. No complains on the food but the ambience could have been better and there were times when we were waiting between the food served. We’d be done with an appetizer but would need to wait for another to arrive and mains took longer as well.

Ideally, I'd give Aanch a 2.5/5 I decided to give Aanch a try after seeing it on Michelin's recommended restaurant list. While the restaurant had high hopes, it ultimately fell short of expectations. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a weekend lunch, allowing for immediate seating. However, the dining experience was marred by a wobbly table, which was both uncomfortable and indicative of a lack of attention to detail (guests seated next to me had similar issue with their table). The mango banta was a refreshing start, with a well-balanced sweetness and a subtle chaat masala flavor. The panipuri shots, however, were underwhelming. The absence of tamarind chutney left the dish lacking a crucial element of flavor. The chicken 65 was a disappointment. The chicken was soggy and lacked the expected heat. While the portion size was generous, the limited amount of green chutney was insufficient. Service was adequate, but the overall dining experience was hindered by the physical condition of the restaurant and the inconsistent quality of the food.

The ambience of the restaurant is very nice 👌🏻👌🏻 food is too good and presentation is excellent…we really enjoyed the food. Service was also very good and didn’t made us wait longer. Special mention for Mr. Deedar for serving us very nicely. He took care of even refilling up the water in the glasses before it gets finished and he also was considerate to ask for each item if we liked it or not or if there is any feedback. Would definitely recommend to try this place. Keep up the good work!!

I had high expectations from Aanch since it is mentioned on the Mechlin guide but It didn't live upto my expectations. Just tried out the Summerlicious menu and the food taste is pretty average. I have had better tasting Indian food in the city. Also it's a bit overpriced given they use no expensive ingredients despite being a fine dine.

Poor service, great presentation, but no substance. We were a group of 16 during the lunch rush when the restaurant was empty. It took a ridiculously long time for every step of the lunch, with delays between, from just asking and distributing drinks, handing out menus, taking orders, and serving the food, totalling 3 hours. And when the food finally arrived, it was by and large dry and disappointing. Mango lassi was almost warm and very thick, fragrant mango flavour but unpleasant to drink. All of their appetisers were dry and flavourless. The worst offender was the chicken, andkebab. Nothing particularly interesting about the samosas or chaat. The paneer was plain but that was okay to me. Their Dilliwala Butter Chicken was spicy and had immense depth to its spice profile, but the chicken was dry, rendering the dish near inedible. The garlic naan had lots of pungent garlic notes, but was a little dry.

Food at Aanch was great! Tried Paanipuri shots for the first time and they were delicious! Their butter chicken was flavourful and the rice and roti were great pairings to it. The only feedback is the seating area that we were in. There are 3 tables side by side on the upper level they are pretty close to each other. I wonder if there’s another floor above for dine in as well. There is a line table by the window that’s somewhat more private. I’m absolutely a returning customer and will be back to try other items on the menu soon!
