A TASTE TO SAVOUR Authentic Jamaican Cuisine. We offer take-out, (family dinners for the week) and Catering (meal prep, lunch box). The Chef born and raised Jamaican 🇯🇲 went to culinary school in 🇯🇲 and 🇨🇦 and hold a Red Seal. A Taste To Savour offers food with bursting Jamaican flavors (scotch bonnet pepper, thyme, ginger, garlic, allspice etc) even though we mention scotch bonnet pepper it is a nice balance NOT TOO SPICY. Our food, always flavourful, fresh and delicious. We also offer foods of different Cultures, Canadian, French, Italian, American, etc. We are located in Milton 723 Main St. E. Near downtown Milton. Come try our food. Place an order for office lunch boxes or tray. Your palate will have a wonderful experience.

This past Thursday, we received a big catering order for a corporate event and the food was delicious! Rice and peas, jerk wings, fried wings, fried plantain, stewed chickpeas, and braised cabbage - just phenomenal if you're looking for authentic Jamaican food. It was also so lovely to work with Shawn as he ensured we taken care of at every request. We wanted to offer a caribbean selection of dishes for our guests and his dishes are worth the wait! Thank you!

A Taste to Savour catered our family get together, and the food was amazing! Both the oxtail and curry goat were perfectly seasoned and the cocktail patties were delicious. In addition, the service was fantastic. We would absolutely order again!

For starters, the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! My family and I also had the opportunity to meet Shawn and some of his staff. Amazing people!

ordered from uber eats and the portions are sooooo smalll!!!!!! as you can see from the pictures the rice is completely pushed down- you literally cant even see the rice in the picture until i move the chicken and the container is half empty!! if you’re used to real jamaican restaurants then don’t waste your time ordering from here. I got 2 jerk chicken meals and for $40 what a waste.. They use basmati/long grain rice for the rice and peas… and it was soo dry, the chicken was also soooo dryyyy. i’m really disappointed in the food and won’t be ordering again. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your money for such small portions & mediocre food.

We ordered plantain as an additional side order and it was just a fried batter of ‘something’ I guess, not authentic. The pepper sauce is not authentic either, like a sweet and sour. Even the coleslaw, everything… Not saying we do not recommend, but restaurant definitely needs improvements. Only ordered from here due to lack of options in Milton.

Had the Curry Goat and Jerk Chicken. The entire dish tasted amazing. The plantains were cooked perfectly. I will be coming back more often.

What a fantastic dinner spread! My Husband has been talking about ordering food from this place and I am so happy he did. We got the curry goat, oxtail and Jerk chicken. Everything literally melted in your mouth, very well seasoned and prepared. I could taste the Love that was put into these meals. Can’t wait to order again from A Taste to Savour!!

Our food was very delicious and tasted very fresh like from a grandma’s kitchen. It wasn’t laden with heavy sugary sauces or salty. We continue to order family platters from Shaun to help with meal planning during the week. Excellent and courteous communication as well.
