Lady in reception was very rude. Treating customers unequally. Did not allow me to finish order and went to take orders from next customer. Did not provide time for preparation and I was standing for 10 mins without acknowledgment. Store was not busy. Needs to learn better customer service. Other gentlemen was very nice but my time he didnt take my order:(

As a seasoned kothu roti connoisseur who has savored this delightful dish from the streets of Sri Lanka to various eateries across Canada, I can confidently say that the kothu roti I recently bought from this restaurant is exceptional. Having been a loyal customer of Gasa Restaurant since the 90s, my standards for kothu roti are quite high. The flavors of this kothu roti are truly remarkable, perfectly balancing the spices and ingredients to create an unforgettable culinary experience. The texture is just right, and the portion size is generous. However, as someone who appreciates a bit of extra gravy, I found it slightly on the dry side. Adding a bit more gravy would elevate this dish to perfection, as no one enjoys a dry kothu. Overall, this kothu roti deserves a solid 4/5 for taste and quality, but I’m giving it a 4-star review for the potential it has with just a minor tweak. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and delicious kothu roti experience. There’s another Tamil resturant in peel region called Maya’s. Bought kothu twice and it was expired. S

Not sure what the food is going to be like, but this one star is for: A. Having placed an order 30 min ahead, arriving here and still waiting for 15 min.... B. A food inspection CONDITIONAL PASS TODAY for the restaurant (definitely not visiting them again)! Maybe the food taste and quality can change the rating. Masala and onion dosas were nice, coconut chutney was strangely bland (no salt, maybe that's their preparation style), sambar was like daal. Put together, not enough to raise the rating.

Found a srilankan shop closer to milton . Ordered String hoppers / uludu wade/ mutton rolls . Excellent and fresh Owners were very nice and pleasant 😊
