9 Queen Chinese | 皇后玖號

Last night, we visited Queen 9, a Hakka-style restaurant conveniently open late, which suited our schedule. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was great, but the food left something to be desired. We ordered the vegetarian chop suey, which was quite soggy and lacked flavor. The chicken fried rice was just okay, though it was a bit burnt. The Shanghai noodles were fine, but nothing particularly special. Overall, I’d rate it around 4 stars. If you’re looking for a late-night spot with a nice ambiance, Queen 9 is worth a try, but the food may not blow you away.

I went here for lunch. I had my favorite Shanghai noodles with chicken and Shrimp. Good. A huge portion. Good price point. It is pretty spacious inside. Service was slow. We were a huge group and she was just one person. But still. Since there are offices nearby, I think they might benefit from having more people during lunch hour. I intend to try more dishes here. Keeping fingers crossed for faster service

I recently visited this restaurant after hearing it was under new ownership, and decided to give it a try based on my colleagues’ recommendation for their Chinese food. Two of us ordered ho fen, while another opted for the lunch combo. The ho fen was flavorful with generous portions, though it did feel a bit greasy toward the end. The lunch combo looked appealing with a nice variety of dishes—I’ll definitely consider trying that next time. The service was average, and there was a noticeable smell of fuel in the restaurant, which was a bit off-putting. Despite that, I’m curious to come back and explore more of their menu.

I placed an order for Singapore noodles and spring rolls. I received fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The worse part is I called the store to confirm my order TWICE and spoke to a lady that worked there because I had a special order with no onion and no shrimp due to allergies. She even called me to tell me my order was on the way because it was taking over an hour and a half. After I received the wrong order I called the store back and spoke to the same lady. She had the nerve to threaten me and say if I don't report to uber and drive all the way back there that she will give me my Singapore noodles in exchange for the wrong food that they sent me! I told her I want the correct order regardless of what I choose to do!!! I paid for this food, waited almost 2 hours and got the wrong food because they made a mistake, NOT ME! This isn't the first time this has happened. The customer service here is TERRIBLE and they are so cheap its unbelievable!!!! Save yourself the headache and don't waste your time and money ordering from here

Tasty food. Good service. Sauteed green beans were excellent. Parking is easy to find. Try the chicken wings....make it spicy.

I would have rated this place higher except they deal in questionable business practices. We dined in and were given a menu that said dine in take out and delivery. We ordered from the menu presented and then were told prices might be higher because we were dining in. When the bill came it was $12 more than what menu stated. I questioned manager and after much discussion she lowered bill to what menu stated. Now to the food. Hot and sour soup very good. Dumplings were delicious. Fried rice was boring a tasteless but plentiful. The 9 Queen spicy lo mein was not spicy at all. The were exactly 4 pieces of shrimp and a dozen small pieces of chicken. It was a disappointment. Lots of noodles though. If you put chili sauce on it then it was spicy. Was rated one of the spicier items on menu. Not so.

This was an interesting spot. I had the chilli chicken and my friend had the general tao. The rice was amazing, and the spring roll was good. We both found that our chicken was well cooked and fresh, but lacking spice. The food was also well cooked, not overly greasy but enough that we were satisfied. The service was great and very friendly. A would try again but I would ask for my chicken to be extra spicy.

The owner was friendly and dishes are good, I particularly like the “ho fun” flat noodle the most! Other dishes taste good as well but I gt full pretty quick since some of the dishes have thick breading. The restaurant is new and clean, the only thing that needs to improve is the portion of dishes, since the price is abit expensive. Overall the experience is good!
