Can honestly say this was one of the best Detroit style pizza places in the city. 9/10, the spicy p was the best - loaded with toppings and spice. You can split the flavours - spicy p and sweet p were the flavours that we chose. The sweet p was good, however the spicy p was the stand out flavour. Will be back for sure. Their chocolate cake was good too!

I've been to Detroit multiple times and had their pizza, this is the closest thing in Toronto. The pizza is top notch, and service is excellent; the girl serving is very sweet.

The classic pizza was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The thick, crispy crust paired perfectly with the fresh tomato sauce, which was generously spread across the top. Each bite was packed with delicious cheese, basil, and perfectly roasted tomatoes, giving a satisfying burst of flavor. The balance between the toppings and crust was spot on, and the freshness of the ingredients really stood out. Highly recommend this pizza if you're craving something hearty and rich in taste!

Pretty nice pizza, love the deep dish style. The Detroit red top and Meez were nice, I didn’t like the white truffle it had a bland taste. Note only chicken is said to be Halal, you have an option of changing any of the orders to have chicken instead.

I recently tried 8 Mile Detroit Style Pizzeria and ordered two pies: the Spicy P and the Red Top. The pizza was cooked well, with a crisp, golden crust that's exactly what you'd expect from Detroit-style. The toppings were of good quality, and the cheese was perfectly melted and flavorful. However, the tomato sauce leaned a little too much on the "herbier" side for my taste. It wasn’t bad, but it might not be for everyone. Despite that, I’d still recommend giving it a try if you’re a fan of Detroit-style pizza. The dipping sauces, unfortunately, didn’t hit the mark. The garlic sauce was too watery, lacking that thick garlic flavor you'd expect, though the spicy sauce was a saving grace, adding a nice kick. The hot and honey sauce came in a small packet which was disappointing. Price-wise, 8 Mile is on the higher side, with one pizza costing around $23. The portions are smaller than what you'd expect for that price, so it may not be the best value for larger appetites. Standard pizza is 4 slices. Overall, it's a solid pizza spot definitely worth a try if you're curious about Detroit-style pies.

The deep dish pizza were absolutely delicious but the size is pretty small, it's only four pieces but it used to be six. But it's so fresh and delightful and has tons of cheese which makes it fullfilling. The place is very tiny, not enough seating for big group, specially during busy lunch hours. The service was OK.

I had the food delivered and it tasted like cardboard. Fresh off the oven, the dough was so tough. This must have been one of the worst deep dish pizzas I’ve eaten. The mozzarella tasted cheap. The pizza corners were BURNT. Whoever made my order needs to be fired or the owner should re-evaluate his pizza abilities.

About an inch of thickness and love! The pizzas themselves may look small (they are) but they are pretty tasty! Can't go wrong with any of the options! They typically take 15-20mins to make them, so beware of that if you're on lunch break. However, this place is not what I'd call clean or an 'eat-in' type of pizzeria... Alone or with a friend/S.O. is fine to sit in, but limited seating will likely make this hard during busy hours. Overall: good food, small place, dirty washroom. Recommended!
