I ordered a small jerk chicken today with oxtail gravy. I open the container I had no chicken! I got a jerk chickenless meal. I ordered it to go so by the time I got to my destination I couldn’t go back. I was so upset! Didn’t expect to eat vegetarian jerk chicken -_-

Overall the food is good. My only issue is the timing to deliver the food please don't be in a rush to get your food. I have waited 20 mins already just to get my food on me lunch break. Otherwise the food is good but they can be more efficient in the service of the food

Got the oxtail which was a medium for almost 20 dollars. I was really hungry and decided to give this place a try. The food is very bland and has zero taste! I was recommended the jerk chicken, but so glad I didn’t buy it because I tried a little piece of it and it has zero taste. Like zero salt. I’m so shocked for a big Jamaican restaurant like this to be lacking so much flavour. Pretty disappointed. Won’t be buying food here again.

The only reason this gets 2 star and not 2 is because of the ackee and saltfish meal. They really fill up the container with it and it was really good. The ground provision was also really soft all though it could use a touch of salt. The carrot cake was warm. The saltfish fritters was extremely big and flat. Nothing special. The plantains were burnt. The felt was good. Dumpling was decent but it was a bit too similar in taste to the festival but slightly less soft. After having the food in the fridge after a few hours, my husband had his and he said it was stale. Fresh food should go bad in a short time. The patty was also stale.

If anyone thinks this place has flavour then they must have covid because they have no taste!! Their jerk chicken is very dry and lacks flavour big time. I don't taste that smokiness, no scallions, scotch bonnet, garlic, onions, pimento...absolutely nothing. Literally taste like overcooked oven baked chicken. You're better off buying chicken from the grocery store and marinating it with spicy walkerswood and some cool running jerk seasoning and it would taste 100x better than 876 jamrocks jerk chicken...all facts!! The irony is I came around 10:30am and they had served me the jerk chicken and I can almost guarantee it was from the night before. The chicken wasn't moist and juicy at all. Tasted very hard and I just threw out my food. Very disappointing and will not be returning here.

This location has amazing coleslaw. It is literally the only reason I go. I have to be honest with you that the wait time is extremely long. I’m not sure if it is because they don’t have enough cooks or enough cashiers, but the food is always amazing and is very affordable and especially the lunch special.

I decided to stop by as their "Jerk Chicken Poutine" sign had got my attention. I was greeted right away by the women over the counter which made me realize how spotless the ambience really was. As you can see with the images attached, My poutine was flawless. The portion is huge, the amount of ingredients are generous and most importantly the flavour was great and authentic. A must try indeed!
