This is our favourite 241 pizza location ever!! All the staff here are absolutely amazing 🤩 all the staff members are equally personable, friendly and attentive. The store is always neat and clean and the pizza is amazing. Our favourite is the Tandoori chicken pizza 🍕🤤.

I have ordered 241 pizza many times and had a few hits/ misses. I'm reading through other customer reviews and recognize that some issues require immediate resolutions. For instance, I'm extremely critical of hygiene, especially when it pertains to our food preparation establishments. 241 Pizza must do better business. It's unacceptable for employees to be playing around when preparing food. This means NOT idling with smartphones (dirty), NOT touching unclean surfaces/ items such as fiat bank notes, cash registers, receipts, door knobs, garbage, hair, other body parts, etc, without properly washing hands before making contact with the food. Gloves are a definite requirement and should be mandatory. I enjoy 241 pizza and would encourage the owners of each franchise to implement these changes ASAP. Thanks 👆🏽😎

Had some issues with my Uber eats app and had placed 2 orders. The lovely staff called me up right away to check if I had made a mistake. The man was so lovely and went well out of his way to help me get an Uber refund and get me the correct delicious pizzas I ordered. Thank you so much!😊

Did a favour for a disabled child who specifically wanted 241 Pizza. Ordered a basic pizza over the phone at 11am, they told me 10-15 minutes. Came by 15 later and was told “we FORGOT to make it, but it will take 5-7 minutes.” Great customer service!! Awful

Have been going to this location over 20 years. Easy ordering online. Consistent quality and courteous service. Cooked perfectly. Their pepperoni is one of the best, out of the well known franchises. Pizzas were ready for pickup on time. Tons of parking.

Not every pizza store will do this for their customer... I asked for a special kind of pizza, which was going to take more efforts then usual. But without any hesitation the store said yes for my order. And they didn't even charge me any extra amount for this special demand... You guys have a regular customer now. I would personally suggest this pizza store to everyone. Thank you so much guys for making my Valentine's day very special...
