Downtown St. Catharine's first Bourbon & Smokehouse. We offer a wide variety of spirits, cocktails and craft beer - including a selection of hand-picked rare bourbons. Our menu caters the best in smoked meats, smoked exclusively with Niagara fruit woods. Nothing goes wasted in our smoking process, as the drippings provide the perfect flavour to our house-made bbq sauces and gravy. From our small bites, to our sandwiches and even our B.Y.O.P. (Build your own platters), our menu offers something for everyone, whether you're in for a quick lunch or ready to dive-in mouth first. Not a meat-eater? We have you covered too! Bourbon & Smoke left a lot to be desired. The service was incredibly slow, making the dining experience quite frustrating. The food portions were decent, but the quality was nothing special. Honestly, it wasn't anything to write home about. One particularly odd thing was the receipt. It included a strange line item called "Tax 1" or something similar, which seemed like an extra tax on top of the usual sales tax. This was quite confusing, especially considering the government has a tax-free period. Overall, while it might be worth a try once out of curiosity, I wouldn't be rushing back to Bourbon & Smoke.

We have been dying to try this place out. So happy we did. We ordered a Caesar and a silversmith red, both were delicious. Then we ordered a burnt end app... delicious. For our mains he ordered the brisket sandwich which he said was the best one he's ever had, and I had the smash burger with a side of Mac and cheese who our awesome server made my Mac and cheese with fresh dill, some pickles & buttermilk ranch! 🤤🤤 I'm sorry I didn't catch our servers name - she was so great. Awesome afternoon here ... highly Suggest

Server was incredibly friendly and the food was incredible, such amazing smoke flavor. They gave me a sauce which was good but it wasn’t needed, the meat flavor shines through.

Wow. So delicious. These guys don't mess around. So delicious. Absolutely amazing. Make a reservation, as this place is packed... Rightfully so. The meat falls off of everything.

Excellent food, service was actually great but a little short in staff. Light was slightly too dim but all and all I would say is more like 4.9 stars then the 4 stars I gave but I didn't have that option😂 strongly recommend, I would say is a MUST TRY if you are around the area.

We had a great experience at Bourbon and Smoke. The deviled eggs were a beautiful and yummy start to our meal. We order the 3 meat platter and upgraded to the ribs. Everything was really delicious and for 2 people it works out to good value. The waitress was very kind and friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. She makes awesome cocktails that clearly take a lot of effort and we'll thought out ingredients. Even their seltzer was yummy! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I smoke meat regularly and are always leary when trying a restaurant that sells any BBQ and smokes meats. We were encouraged to try this place and boy are we glad we did. We were there later in the evening on a Saturday, and service was friendly and quick, but not so quick that you felt rushed. We chatted with the owner a bit and one of the cooks during our experience. I cant say weve been many places where that has happened and we do dine out a few times a month.As for the food, it was out of this world. Our daughters loved their smash burger and chicken taco. My husband and I each got the BYOP platters, and we shared and swapped between the 4 of us. We just couldn't put the food down lol. Needless to say we will be back!

We had a great time enjoying the delicious this amazing BBQ restaurant. Perfectly located, across from the Performing Arts and close walk to The Meridian Centre. The bourbon list is spectacular, i enjoyed a couple Wild Turkey 100 and a fabulous brisket sandwich with waffle fries. My buddies shared a platter of Nashville chicken, sausage and brisket with a smoked potato salad and we were very happy with our food. Definitely coming back.
