Came here to celebrate my birthday, it was my first time here. The staff were attentive and friendly. We tried quite a few things including the charred octopus, Korean cauliflower pakora, tomato and red pepper bisque, Korean fried chicken, and Jamaican jerk burger. We really enjoyed the cauliflower, octopus and Korean burger. Only criticism was that the jerk burger tasted like an average burger, it didn’t taste anything like Jamaican jerk. The tomato bisque was alright but we probably wouldn’t order it again.

I had jerk chicken, shrimp rigatoni, and tiramisu martini which comes with a lady finger, The martini was so delicious that I ordered two. The pasta's sauce is excellent, and the amount of chicken and shrimp is worth the money. The pasta just required a little extra salt in the water when it was cooking (boiling), since this made the dish less salty overall. It's definitely a great location to eat.

Would have been a 5 star review but the service was lacking. We had to pull our server aside just to get our orders in. We started with the butter chicken nachos , my husband does not like Butter chicken at all but SCARFED these down. They just just worked. Amazing. We also had the chimichurri steak salad and the brisket Mac and cheese and was also amazing.

Came for dinner to celebrate my parents birthdays. While all of our meals were very tasty, unfortunately the service did not match. Our server was quite slow to take our orders and she did not appear particularly over worked. I ordered the mussels with fries on the side and I did not realize there were regular fries and truffle fries on the menu - the server selected the more expensive truffle fries without asking or clarifying what I wanted. The restaurant is also very loud and it was difficult to have a conversation.

Located in the heart of Whitby - this is definitely our go-to spot for consistently great food, service and atmosphere! Unfortunately we compare every other restaurant to this place and it is second to none ! We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it’s all amazing! We’re spoiled now…

I had the jerk chicken and shrimp rigatoni dish and it was finger licking good. 👍 . Nice heat , and a generous amount. This is my go to meal whenever I’m eating out. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend 12welve ..

Came in for lunch on good Friday. Called ahead of time to book a table and Craig was great help and very accommodating. When we arrived he created is warmly like we were regulars. The menu is very interesting and we liked everything we had. The beers on tap are from Brock Street Brewery next door. The beers are absolutely great and a flight of four for $6.50.. you can't go wrong. I had the Tuna sandwich it was incredible. The fries are excellent as well. Service was very good and the serving team is very pleasant. The bill for lunch for two adults and two children is right about $100 so not the cheapest option but certainly a very enjoyable experience. Special thanks to Craig, highest class in service 👏

Servers are friendly, swift and very engaging. Food were served quicker than expect giving the amount of food we ordered. Quality and taste were above and beyond especially the duck fat fries came with actual duck meat. Rigatoni were spot on, just right amount of sauce and spice. The burger served with pork stomach. Also this place doesn't play around with the spiciness. Hot is actually proper spicy that give you sweats. Parking is a bit tricky but not impossible. Will definitely visit again and try out different dishes.
