不吹不黑，哈尔滨人实力认证，东北菜嘎嘎地道！听说厨师都是特意从国内请来的。 教你们怎么点哈：尖椒干豆腐（最考验东北厨师基本功的一道菜），锅包肉（近年来网红东北菜）或者溜肉段（他家溜肉段一绝）二选一，再来一盘地三鲜，随缘加点凉菜绿叶菜。铁锅炖横向对比来看我觉得还得是猪肉排骨锅最好吃，就那个小猪盖被。我个人特别喜欢在铁锅炖里加一些豆腐，但吃豆腐不能急，得慢慢炖，所谓“千滚豆腐万滚鱼”，想豆腐好吃咋也得炖个20分钟往上才行，可以先吃别的慢慢等。 我个人非常喜欢吃蒜，特意交代厨师炒菜出锅前加一把蒜末在菜里，想在铁锅炖里加葱花蒜末香菜啥的佐料也甭客气，直接跟服务员讲就行，默认好像是不放的，毕竟众口难调，这些佐料都是好加不好去。在东北饭店吃饭就是别客气，这家店老板服务员态度都嘎嘎好，有啥事儿直接说就完了，一点不用客气的。 主食那天点的是酸菜馅饺子，我只能说，你们不知道这一口酸菜馅饺子对一个生活在DT的哈尔滨人意味着什么，真的是家的味道，一口下去差点把哥们眼泪干出来，嘎嘎好吃，嘎嘎地道！

我只有一个要求！请继续保持现在的烹饪水平！菜品真的没啥可挑剔的 尤其是锅包肉非常惊艳 感觉是目前多伦多最好吃的 外皮超级酥脆是带小气孔的那种 调味不会过酸也不会过甜刚刚好！为了锅包肉也会再回去的 求求不要改配方🙏 服务有待提高 感觉因为新店所以员工培训不到位不够专业 遇到问题不会变通没办法及时给到合理的解决方案（如：上饺子的时候掉出来两个 直接当客人面把掉到桌子上的放回盘子里 一个是卫生问题另一个是不专业） srds我提出换一盘的要求的时候还是态度很好给我们换了 但我觉得行业标准还是要提高一些 店内椅子不够 我们桌有的人有靠背的椅子 有的人就是大排档塑料凳 隔壁桌客人坐的很小的塑料凳 因为店内地板有油 塑料凳打滑 摔在地上 这种事情可大可小
